		<description><![CDATA[We have an employee that suffers from a serious health condition and has not been working for the last 2 months, this employee is not 
communicating with us and we have tried to contact her by phone without success. Please let me know what type of letter i need to send to this employee in order to find out if she is coming back, we also need to know if we  need to remove her from our payroll or if we leave the way it is?]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[We have had a private day camp for children ages 5-13 with a pool for 35 years.  We are not a special needs camp and do not have handicap children. Do we have to comply to Title II.  It would be a financial hardship to have a lift installed and in 35 years we have never had a need for one.  Please email me what I need to do.
